Registration Guidelines:

To understand the Rules & Photograph Submission & Q&A guidelines, each participant must read all of the information provided on all of the page tabs on CQJP2017 Blog.It is understood that you have read and do agree to abide by these posted policies when you submit your registration information.

All challenge photos submitted for the Crazy Quilt Journal Project 2017 will be posted on CQJP2017 Blog.

(You might want to start following the blog today, so you don't miss any of the photos that have been submitted)

To Register: Please send an email to crazyquiltjournalproject2018@gmail.com and include the following information:

Full Name of Participant: (Example: Katie Bock)

Email Address of Participant:( Example: katiebock242@gmail.com)

Country of Residence: (Example: Bahamas,Canada, Germany, United States, etc:)

Participants Personal Blog URL Address: (This is Optional) (Only if you would like to share you blog with the public; if so, we will be happy to link to it from the sidebar of the Crazy Quilt Journal Project 2017 Blog (Example: http://katiesquiltingstudio.blogspot.com/)

State of Residence: This is for only USA participants:(Example: Alabama, Florida, etc)

Registration for the Crazy Quilt Journal Project will be open from November 1,2017 and will close on December 31,2017.

All Registered Participants will receive an email response notification that their registration has been received and processed.If you don't receive a response after 3 days... then please resubmit your email .If you don't receive an email response notification then you aren't registered.
